This release offers the ability to quote new equipment types on the Option tab under Heating/Other.

- Fuel Tanks
- Water Tanks
Finance these items without any workarounds.
If you are using Install Manager Pro, install kits can be added for any of these items when quoted on the Option tab.
Quote these items on a separate option to show next to an HVAC system to increase chances of an upsell.
Showing the option separately will give your customers the ability to see the payment separate from the HVAC system they already were interested in.
Select both options when your customer accepts the offer, which combines both options into one final price and payment.

• Option tab. Recommend and compare multiple payment types.
• Summary tab. Combined with Signature tab.
• Notes tab. Notes have moved from the Signature tab to this new tab.
• Signature tab. Contains a full summary, brochures, and shows multiple payment types.
• Proposal PDF. Includes savings, thumbnail brochures, and shows multiple payment types.
• Admin Settings. Set up defaults to name proposal, options, and descriptions
• User Settings. Allows users to override name and description defaults.
• Customize. On the Signature tab, allows users to personalize Proposal PDF.
Enhancements
• Accessory and Add-On discounts now remain on the quote when you change payment type.
• Rebates now remain on the quote when you change items or pricing.
• Percentage rebates are re-calculated automatically to reflect the new dollar amount.
• Click “Customize” on the Signature tab to find proposal settings (Show Model Numbers, Show Line Item Pricing, Taxes & Fees, and Proposal PDF bullet points).
• You can now name the proposal, option, and write a description.
• New “Discount” section included on the PDF shows equipment discounts by line-item. You can turn on the discount setting on the Customize screen for each proposal, or contact your company admin to apply this setting by default.
